Nasze mieszkanie znajduje się na 3 piętrze (winda) małego apartamentowca w tętniącej życiem dzielnicy Berg am Laim. Marienplatz, Viktualienmarkt i Platzl ze słynnym Hofbräuhaus i Deutsche Eiche, największą gejowską sauną znajdują się zaledwie 20 minut od hotelu.
Przejażdżka jest w rzeczywistości wycieczką krajoznawczą, obok Ostbahnhof, Bawarskiego Parlamentu Państwowego przez Maximiliansstraße, 5 Aleję w Monachium. Przystanek tramwaju znajduje się 2 minuty od hotelu. Najbliższy przystanek kolei miejskiej S-Bahn to Leuchtenbergring (7 minut spacerem), z którego można dojechać bezpośrednio na lotnisko, do centrum miasta i na dworzec główny.

Monachium to piękne miasto o każdej porze roku. Eisbachsurfer, Museumsquartier, Oktoberfest, ogródek piwny latem, Ogród Angielski, Zamek Nymphenburg, csd, Festiwal Tollwood - zawsze coś się dzieje. Monachium i piękne okolice są również idealne do zwiedzania na rowerze. Ale Monachium jest również doskonałą bazą wypadową na wycieczki: Neuschwanstein, jezioro Chiemsee, Alpy, opactwo Andechs, Salzburg - jest tak wiele do odkrycia.
Na targi w Monachium można dojechać tramwajem w zaledwie 20 minut.
Ostbahnhof (wschodnia stacja kolejowa) znajduje się bardzo blisko i oferuje połączenia z Rosenheim, Salzburgiem, Wiedniem, Włochami i Szwajcarią.
